yeah, fmg is hit when BHP.RIO is hit. But it is trading at a much lower multiple to consensus earnings (a bit over 4x FY14 consensus earnings, less than half that of BHP and RIO). Eventually that will change, perhaps it will start to change with the part sale of infrastructure assets. Meanwhile, sentiment rules!
Interesting mention of Vale - its production of iron ore was 3.5% lower first quarter, they had declining ore quality.
