Well think we're finally getting that bounce..
The attempt in late March was sold into quite heavily along with the rest of the resource sector..
Support at $3.50 has held and after todays bullish action think we'll test $4.00 and then $4.25 again..
Remembering there is now a wall of resistance at 4.30 - 4.40..
That should give you a nice tidy profit..
Having said that I'm still bearish long term on all the iron ore players.. Remember there is an extra 100 - 150 million tonnes of Aust production that needs to be absorbed by the Chinese over the next 18 months.
