Sure it does but only an idiot comes onto a public forum to admit criminal acts and gloats about it. I think he must have obtained good legal advice as he has now changed his story and says he just heard about this method whereas he originally stated he did it himself.
Problem is when you are always lying you forget what you originally told people.
