    Agree Alan the comments were explicitly aimed at how to do over the seller - whether it is legal or not did not matter as far as the posts were concerned. If the posts were framed such that buyers/sellers should be warned that these tactics are going on out there it would be a different matter - but the posts were framed in a way to encourage people to do things that may be illegal or things that aren't moral at best. Is it good to know these tactics exist out there - yep as it allows us to protect our interests. Is it right that these things are going on definitely not.

    The most ironic thing about those that like the idea of doing these tactics - they are the first people to get up on their high horse about real estate agents and their dodgy tactics and how they should be regulated (the dodgy tactics should certainly be removed) yet given the chance they would do exactly the same. Brings to mind the phrase "Two wrongs don't make a right!".
