    LOOK closed (overnight) @ $0.76c +0.03c +4.11%

Volume (1,331,583) was up on the last 3 month's av. volume, of 1,010,140.

Some nice 10K to 20K parcels were noticed as being bought, something that hasn't happened for some time.

I don't subscibe to any 'buyout' of Looksmart, by anyone. I do feel LOOK, with the 2 or, more 'deals', (possibly 3 ?) that have happened in recent times, is now back on the road to recovery. Going to be a very good story, this one.

FirstStop Websearch, (an as yet, unnannounced partner of Looksmart/Furl, through their Spurl.Net) have a registered product, named Web Finalist™ that searches the "deep" web, on the internet. Information, (being interesting content), that traditional Search Engines do not or, can not, pick up. Not only is it produced, but it has a 'growing' audience that can be shown, to 'thirst' for it. (Ask me, please. You're welcome !!)

< It's very big; the "60 largest Deep Web" sources contain 84 Billion pages of content. >

< "Web Finalist™ is a real-time web search tool that helps online researchers scan collections of web pages for specific information." >

What is, The "deep" Web ?

< The deep Web is the fastest growing category of new information on the Internet. All signs point to the deep Web as the dominant paradigm for the next-generation Internet. >

FirstStop Websearch, (in introducing their latest version 4.2) talk of a 'New "Social Bookmarks" search category - [that allows you to] .... 'Search millions of pages bookmarked by users of Furl.net, Spurl.net and CiteULike.org.'

It's nice to see Looksmart, "up to their eyeballs", with an involvement in this exciting 'new world' of search, one that is moving along, at a remarkable pace!

Basically, Suitable existing & new ADS (advertisements, relevant to all this growing, 'saved' content) will be easily found, (with it's placement described as 'contextual', I think?) to provide healthy 'shared', revenue streams, for all those 'partners' concerned. Google's Adwords will (no doubt), in the early stages, provide the bulk of this particular, 'area' requirement.

Broadly speaking, It stands to reason then, that the 'new' Major Media Licensee (& other "PUBLISHERS" that come 'on board') should then 'share' (any of) their own 'relevant' content, (supported by 'their' own ADS), on a revenue 'cut' basis, chaneling back to the 'click sourse' generator. Looksmart are in a grand position, with seach on Furl, FindArticles & the current 5 Verticals (& any future LOOK Verticals, as they come 'on tap'), representing great 'shopfront' opportunities, for increased revenues. (They do have a 'row of shops', similar to, as recently mentioned), in this NEW MONSTER, (cyberspace), Shopping Mall, that is quickly emerging.

    Cheers !! - And ..... Yaa Hoo !!

    :)
