The Bendigo and Adelaide Bank has told borrowers it would not provide them with loan forms as it was not required to under new consumer credit laws rules implemented by the corporate regulator in 2009.
In 2005, Adelaide Bank told the market "at least 40 per cent" of the loans it issued were low-doc.
