This is a company with consistently good and better performance; hence the take over offer at the price which the management declined. It has lost most of what it had gained as a result of the offer and I believe it's either a new offer or a reversal and upward growth as usual. quarterly was very positive and promising and market took it positively. I'm staying put with this stock without any anxiety. Good luck to all those holder who have stood firm.
