Not running due to lack of clarity and surety on the Mega Deal. Bad marketing by SER management.
Although SER is bound by legal obligations, not enough has been done as part of the deal to give current SER shareholders value prior to the deal. SER was in a strong position to dictate more terms but seems it has gone the other way.
AXE did this early last year then dropped back to around 15. May happen again.
