Do some comparitive research, every other store is doing better. MUCH BETTER
Gerry is off the boil - he makes all his money now from property - his stores only sell electrical well and that is going down because others do it better.
The only part of harvey norman doing well is Domayne - that is because it is the only part not under the direct Harvey Norman management.
Until Gerry gets interested in making his store good at what they do again - they will decline.
