Been looking at look, not quite like the insomniacs, but never the less - still looking.

Been Looking specifically for a gap, but my friends who watch the US market tell me US instos are going to fill the gap faster than Victorian Liberals desserting current policy strategy.

Unfortunately, I am still waiting for some wide eyed couple wanting to buy a property I am selling, probably in a U beaut mortgage deal @ 105% of value, before I can get back into the game, so for now I will have to keep looking, and hope that gap comes around Mid Feb (would be nice).

I don't actually mind if I get in late, as long as I dont get out late.
