Guys, chill out, take a deep breathe and look at the basic numbers:
5 year mine life (best estimate)
2 million ounces production year (best estimate)
$20 production margin (arguably generous over 5 years)
2 million ounces x $20 = $40 million profit/year less 30% tax = $28 million profit. Divide by 1.3 billion shares = 2.1 cents earnings per shares each year.
So, over 5 years - 2.1 cents x 5 = 10.5 cents!!!!
And the current share price is 11.5 cents? Get the picture?
And that's assuming the silver price remains high too!
Maybe you should all stop listening to the rampers and do some calculations yourself. I would be interested to see what you come back with.
