The key here is this point "$20 production margin (arguably generous over 5 years)"
I think plenty would argue with you over whether that is generous or not. It reflects the current silver price after it's recent fall, but what do we expect the average silver price to be over 5 years... I'd wager a fair bit more than current levels.
