We now have confirmation that a “decision” regarding the (TOL) will be made on the 8th of November.

Coming from the High Court of Malaysia this will be the final hurdle to exhaust coming from the local residents therefore with the odds stacked strongly with us a positive decision will put a final end to this chapter and we can officially move forward with no more doubts.

Furthermore, let us use common sense here; The High Court of Malaysia will “NOT” make a decision against all the review bodies, the Government, the ALEB and expert panels who have found the LAMP legally safe.

Lastly, In my opinion the request for an additional month’s review is nothing more then a political cover to demonstrate that due diligence has been achieved for what is an obvious answer.

The smart money has already moved back in to LYI which is only now down 9.5% from a low as 15%.

You shall all be rewarded with patience.
