That may be true, it may not. Given LYC's situation at the moment I seriously wonder if they will need to raise capital just to keep going. If they do.. it might mean more share dilution. If more debt, well... we get more debt. Either way, sucks for SH because either way we lose out. We really need positive cashflow soon. Without it, it is retail SH that suffer. Those in management may not (in the event of share dilution).. if they get generous option plans.. but the moms and dads will bleed. I'm starting to understand what 'good management that acts like it is a shareholder' means. NC may get the job done.. he may not. Either way, if they dilute shares some more.. or take on more debt.. I'm not going to be impressed.
