    re: i'd be very careful.... I'd agree that AMU has probably over shot for the short-term. And given it's size can be volatile - so one must be careful if looking purely for a short-term trade. However I don't think it has a cash problem for two reasons:

    1/ I'd assume all Nov03 Options will be exercised (bar those from people who forget). This will give a few million dollars
    2/ I understand that their lender in the US sets it loan limit according to asset values. Although I haven't delved deeply into it I believe they are not utilising anywhere near what they could borrow

    Re the "very little revenue". OK, $10 mill or so is not huge. However, they generate reasonable cashflow from this (a few million dollars depreciation / amortisation) which can be put back into new projects.

    I've held this stock for a couple of years already (albeit not a large quantity), so am clearly bias. But I am happy to wait through the ups and downs as I believe they have a reasonably sound low-risk strategy. Also, IF the bio-diesal comes off there could be a major re-rating in a shortish period of time.
