Part of it has to do with the Victorian Bill of human rights.
The simmering human rights in the police looks like
a blowout in coming weeks.
They don't want to deal with sub morons who may infect them and their families.
In Casey it's the muslims and blacks,
in the CBD the activists with a cause.
(ironically human rights again)
