Like I said before my price prediction of 30c min is purely based on previous publications (ie Proactive Investors research report on LCY) where they are saying LCY's in ground value was at worst case 25c per tonne and it's peers in the area were as high as 75c.
Not intended for a ramp, quite the opposite and if this independent report is truely independent then I can't see why we shouldn't get an offer of around 30c imo.
