The obvious answer is that it is in fact Permetrex that has the major impact and not CBD.
Unless the vehicle in US was contaminated with CBD, which the company has explicitly said it was not. The company said that the they formulated the Australian Vehicle to have a low impact (assuming diluting the Permetrex). The Australian results can therefore be attributed to Permetrex as can the US.
The question I will be asking is, can you unequivocally prove that Permetrex is not the active ingredient. As stated unless the company comes out and states that there was contamination in their US vehicle, then it is the only thing that makes any sense to me.
