jimjim, let me ask you a question....Have you ever been involved in negotiating a JV? Well I have and these things take time and it is almost impossible to put a timeline on things, but unfortunately the ASX and market makes you - lawyers, governments etc continually cause delays - let alone dealing in Somalia. You naysayers really have no idea just how good a job the Range directors have done to get were they are today and have the people they have involved! Many small Australian oilers take longer dealing with JV's in a politically stable Australia!!

This announcemnt IS NOT a delay but you will find it will be the culmination of a very long and difficult negotiation to get their first JV across the line - I just sure hope you have some shares - and if you do not hold then bugger off from this thread!!
