This is tricky to post about but AGS is still a publicly listed Company regardless of how its run and by whom. imo
If an offer was made then ASX listing rules apply.imo
The Board would put forward their recommendations if it came to a vote.(Can a Board reject an offer straight off the bat?).
I dont know why the BBros haven't put forward an initial offer already, just to test the waters so to speak.!
Maybe they(BBros) believe they can go all the way and win in court or an offer could represent some guilt.! Who knows but one thing(win or lose), I want at the end of all this is clarity as to why this was allowed to happen and the circumstances surrounding the alledged M&D C.
