No business can operate like this over a period of time, say years while a court case is in progress. Where is the trust! It would be a nightmare if the partnership continued and the M&D conduct case wasn't resolved. Can enemies work together in a business?
They either need to sort this our ASAP or stop everything until they do. How are they going to decide on the processing cost, they certainly won't agree!
