That's right Spruik, that was all we had going for us. Heathgate have contracts to fill so the pressure was on them to sort this out with either a takeover or coming up with a realistic price for processing.
By allowing mining to commence with no resolution takes the pressure off Heathgate. There is no reason now for them to come to any agreement. AGS's bargaining power has been taken away by the courts.
As Jayson said "Heathgate has been in dispute with the Adnyamathanha Peoples since sep 1998." So if this hasn't already been resolved, in 10 yrs time we could be looking at the same statement with "Heathgate has been in dispute with AGS since 2009."
And we would be receiving peanuts as they would still be charging us inflated production costs.
