Afternoon all
Regardless of what we all think will happen with our company, the declining share price tells the story, unfortunately.

The market obviously has given its verdict that absolutely nothing is happening in any time soon. Everyone knows we have a massive resource , whatever it ends up being, BUT , no one cares except us current holders who are watching our investment go down by the day at the mercy of the bots etc.

I agree with the line of thought that mining needs to proceed while the legal stuff is sorted. In the medium term, at least, that's the only way current holders will see some value in ethe stock

Common sense says that what will be the eventual outcome will be " adjusted for " in any final court/settlement result. At least if mining proceeds the market will start to factor in some value to our share of this resource before its final worth is determined.

Currently the market is valuing us at pretty much nothing in worth and credibility .

We deserve better as the owners of this company.
