Sludge, no offence, but I'm quite sure AGS are worying about winning the M&DC case as opposed to trying to get the SP back to your average price just so that you can go and invest elsewhere.

I appreciate you're disappointed, but the thing that will drive this SP up is the M&DC case, which we have known for a long time now (yes, some longer than others). Little milestones along the way, ie commencement of production, will push the SP up, like what we saw back in October when it hit 36c. This will be an opportunity for some to get out if they wish, but for those that are more in deep than that, you most likely will have to wait until the M&DC case is finished.

The thing I would like to know about the M&DC case is who is responsible for setting a hearing date?
