Ceiba's problems must have been clearly known to all and sundry in the industry for years. Yet Woodie went ahead designing Ching without the slightest thought to heeding warnings from fields like Ceiba and properly managing Chinguetti development risk. Seems to me Woodie has thrown away hundreds of millions of dollars to penny pinch a few million not undertaking high res 3D seismic prior to development. At least to a layman that's what it looks like.
