maybe..
who knows..but as i was involoved in a big legal thing years ago..mkt related..i know the importance of every single word..and my assumption is..FMG now do too...
..and the wording was not really focussed on..by most.
i could be way off track..but something to wary/aware of i guess.
look carefully at the wording of announcement, page-3
