i suspect if was just a delay..they would have said talks continuing..the fact that they did not say that..and said happy 'if requested' would kind of cover them..it is not non disclosure (not that i a lawyer or would know)..because they did not say still negotiating, ironing out the details..expect to finalise it soon etc...
...which was more like what NUF said all along..still talking etc etc etc...
'if requested' could be a clever choice of words. They are open to talk but IF requested...kind of says ..not their call ..maybe..but i prob too sceptical.
..the change in the reported stories from this am to pm tho...made me more suspicious...a DEFINITE chg from something like 'talks continue' to then a 'no comment'...
..just my suspicious mind maybe..
