    Jason ......

My dad told me to tell you to "get over" the loss of MSN. And that you should try and understand that Looksmart have a completely new model these days and it is one that IS working nicely, I might add. They will do revenues in the region of $16M for this quarter and it will be a profitable Q4, too. No? (And I THINK THEY WILL BETTER THIS, THEIR GUIDANCE)

You said: < LOOK/LOK is a sell ATM. Look for support around $3.90 to 3.60.>

The daily shareprice "gyrations" are of little concern to those who "buy low" and hold for the future. Buying LOK (Sub $4.50cps and as low as $3.07cps) will make no difference whatsoever to/with your "shaky", above predictions. After-all, you predicted LOOK to go to $1.25cps and it got to $5.17cps, in recent times. So much for "cheap" predictions. And I say "CHEAP" because they cost you "NOTHING" to make.

REAL MONEY IS ONLY WON OR, LOST WHEN AN INVESTMENT IS MADE. (Either way, ok?)

Looksmart is not a stock for those who do not understand the advertising, newspaper/media sector, so it is understandable that you struggle with it these days. A google Group (private) formed, chat of latest moves every day and really keep up with what's going on. Partners like The NY Times (who will see an improvement of 30% in "online" advertising revenues in 2007, & that's more than $80M) share these same revenues with Looksmart. Maybe you fail to understand this point?

All AdCenter partners of Looksmart share their growth in revenues, with Looksmart. Ok? They are ALL improving their online figures. Geez, facebook (alone) will be sensational for Looksmart. The facebook-Digitas deal alone, will ensure this is so. Wake up!! But do your own research, always. Ok? Dont just listen to me.

Best you listen to the Looksmart "town hall" meeting set down for tomorrow (@ www.WebmasterRadio.FM.) and learn about:

    * What is LookSmart's AdCenter and what is an API?

    * What are some interesting and creative ways that the API could be used?

    * What kind of companies use LookSmart's API?

    * How is LookSmart's API similar to and different from other APIs?

    * How does a developer get started using the API?

Details of how to listen, are easily accessed. You'll get a better idea then.
