When LOK got down to $2.79cps you had stated that the C was insolvent, right? (With $40M cash, too!!)

My dad Ross, (and has previously posted here as LookingConfident) who has forgotten more about Looksmart than you'd ever get to know, bought 1200 LOK shares for me @ $3.07cps ............LOK closed yesterday @ $6.05cps. He bought them on Aug 8th .....
