ACCUMULATION
I have calculated an approx. 12M shares that have been accumulated since april and it appears to me that (of these), an approx. 6-8 million have been exchanged between a couple of institutions.
The Share Price has moved about during this accumulation period, from a high of .93cps (low .55cps within) to the current value, of .74cps. (An average of .8350cps). I have based my study on (only) the number of shares traded "over & above" the daily average traded. Within this period the Share Price has risen 35% from it's 12 month LOW of$0.55cps (on 29-Jul-05) to it's current value. Enough to support buying, IMO. (It's overnight HIGH of .79c represented .24cps or, nearly 44% gain, from that 12 months low.)

I expect that the US $0.8350c average will be reached by friday, (if not before), based on the derth of shares available from retail and a "hunch" theory that, whoever they are being bought on behalf of, will now have to pay some more, (I imagine) to average out the purchase amount, as per any agreement reached!!
Since 6/30/2005 (alone) there have been a Total of (approx) 7.7M shares
traded, that have been "over and above" the daily average volume, being, 903,000.

Prior to this date, the Nasdaq site show (as at 6/30/2005 ) one major LOOK holder, decreasing by nearly 14% and another holder increasing by 91.12% plus a "new" entry for them, (shown as 31/12/2004) but NOT shown on Yahoo's list, that show a total of 1.35M shares to it's credit.
I have found buyers (of LOK) here in OZ a little strange in always wanting to get the few LOK shares on offer each day, at a discount to the equivalent exchange rate approx. for LOOK shares.
And whilst they have missed 10 - 20,000 extra shares for a few cents, (each day), they have also "missed" the SP appreciation, at the same time. (I have purchased 22 small parcels during this period and 'in total', are well in the black). - A poor decision, IMHO.
