You obviously haven't understood Looksmarts Major "deals" (yet unannounced to the market) with both IAC's ASK (etc) and VIACOM's CBS (17 Television Sites to start with) and ONE othe Major Publisher, not for public "eyes", as yet.

LOOK only guided for $7M - $8M and if these License Fee's (alone) 'cut in' during Q3, a revised guidance is a possibility. Q4 will be a revelation, I feel.

But, 31c is highly unlikely, I must tell you. But you stick to this T/A prediction of yours. You have had success in the past, it seems.

Yes, sub $1.00pps for LOK is a "steal", as you will see in the next week or, so.
