i disagree lynas timed all those events poorly.

first and foremost - the job needs to be done and lets get it done right away, and if in the short term the SP is hurt so be it. It is the long term success and hence the long term value of the SP that matters.

re: CR - we all know these funds are needed. so lets get it over and done with and focus on production and completion of phase 2 and commercialisation of waste and finding buyers for them.
the market is smart anyway, even without the CR, it would have priced it in knowing its iminent.

re: TH waste ANN - i rather Nick come out immediately and state its position and the terms of TOL clearly to malaysians, shareholders, and the world before things get out hand. What else can you do especially when four ministers make stupid inaccurate incomplete out-of-context statements out of public fear and to save their political skin.
