Management have said it was 7m because:
1. Lack of visibility due to removing fraudulant traffic right at the end of last quarter
2. Uncertainty over exactly when the licensing revenue will come in.

The 7m EXCLUDES licensing revenue.

This weeks press release says that the new licensing deals HAVE BEEN implemented.

Assuming they are not getting the technology free, and that completed payment is required at the "go live date", that licensing is highly likely to come in this quarter, meaning upside on the 7m.

Hills has also said separately that he expects licensing to account for around 17% of revenue going forwards.
