It's called 'creep syndrome', where one does not notice the subtle increases in his or her meal sizes, and along with it, their waste size. The same can be said about debt...its accumulation has been growing by the years, and our means of repaying it back has been diminishing.

So in a nutshell, one should not judge their own looks in the mirror, rather, they should judge themselves via photos. The difference is starling; hence many people refuse to have their photos taken.
