So very true Ozgem ... what a disgrace , as the overweight take over the Western World .." FAT " becomes the norm , and a person who is the correct weight is considered " Skinny " ..What a load of rubbish .
Its time to face this Problem " Head on " ..Admit we have a MASSIVE problem , and get people understanding what the correct weight is ...
Making sure they understand Body Fat , Body Mass ..and all the associated dangers ..A little personal pride would not hurt also .
