Two key excerpts from the announcement as I see it:

"Bannerman is well positioned to benefit from the clean nuclear power generation plans of numerous countries, particularly China and other Asian nations." = Asian suitors in pole position to step in as key strategic partner.

"Primarily to a range of key new and existing institutional shareholders" = some but not all to instos. Probably a better result if it was all to the one insto but either way we have the cash to carry us through to BFS, off-take and partnership and hopefully to accelerate drilling of radon targets etc.

The rest I have down as fluff / repetition.

Cash position is secure now so relatively clear road in front of us to the further key milestones ahead. In the interim lets just hope the U sector picture continues to improve and play its part.
