I read somewhere they will need upwards of 20mill to complete phase 2, would anyone know if this would be close to the mark. Will be chump change for what the company will be worth. I bought stock back in the bne days, on the back of acquiring the permatrex deal. Been a great ride, and won't be getting off the bike for awhile yet.
