That's the market and the market is built on anticipation. The market judges how much a stock is worth, be it over hyped or not, why would anyone care if your holdings have doubled or tripled, or if your riding the wave......?
It's a positive announcement and we are due for many more....
The share price will rocket based on anticipation and leading upto the final outcome, the share price could hit 40cents again leading upto the final outcome.....
