i smell a rat. THere is MASSIVE accumulation being done at !.40.

ROC says that resources could drop by 25 -50% in one breath and in another that production rate will decrease but recoverable oil may increase and then they have the hide to say they will not invest in producing their their own estimates as they do not have a big enough investment in the project????

So how about they shut the F U K up and wait for WPL to disclose the true resourse estimates instead of spooking the market???

I know Y... they are doing the bidding of a potential suiter for HDR and that preditor is gobbling up millions of shares at $1.40???
