companies paying people as if it was the good old days is a huge problem in the sector right now. There are companies paying more in wages per year then what their projects are worth. Some are doing the right thing and cutting wages whilst others spend away to the detriment of shareholders

SRK needs to get out of the frame of mind that its a company worth 100s of millions and act like its a junior explorer starting from scratch. $1.2m per quarter in overheads and an MD on $400k is absurd for where this company is right now.

I see explorers spending $200k a quarter and doing more than SRK
