It has been majorly frustrating. I have slapped my hand against my forehead many times. But the potential value of this company from here purely comes down to the community approvals. if we don't get it we have all lost our money - if we do then it will be better - by how much who knows?

My thoughts are that we have less than 6 months to get those approvals to make something of the cash at hand - to then have 12 months drilling and hopefully something to sell and/or joint venture.

I am conflicted with respect to the salary of new MD. $400K is too much - but it also may be a good price to pay for finally the head and full management of the company to be located in Peru. And the level of options is respectable.

Last roll of the dice. They are in a great position - fingers crossed that we can get those community approvals.
