SYA is a strong BUY.
My excel spreadsheet has them valued at 0.064 from their Authier lithium project alone, based on very very conservative assumptions such as:
- Mine opening in 2020 (as apposed to 2019), annual discount rate of 20%
- missing production estimate by 20%
- capital cost 20% more than they estimate
- selling price for a conservative 750 per tonne.
When i assume that they will hit all their targets and a annual discount of 15% the price goes up to a wopping 0.32!
So take your pick, double your money conservatively, or a Disallowed things go according to plan.
In 3 years time I except a share price of between 0.13 and 0.47, depending on assumptions used.
