I understood the extension period finished last Thursday. The ECE board then needs to meet and consider the proposal from Ochre then call a general meeting to ratify the deal. This all takes time and we are at the end oFY therefore I would not read anything sinister in no announcement being made. We shoulkd see some announcement real soon IMO.
