    "The joint bid by TPG Capital and Global Infrastructure Partners offered A$4.40 cash per security or a scrip alternative of unlisted securities in a bidding company, Asciano said in a statement."

    Just a reminder for all those thinking about buying.

    IMHO this stock is way under valued!
