what would happen to the ordinary shares if the equivilent of, lets say, 3 billion dollars worth of hybrid shares was issued at 10c?
the debt would remain, in the form of dividends (interest paid on these shares) would that leave much room for dividends to holders of ordinary shares? holders are nervous (partly reflected in the current SP), because the company looks to be in the process of being transferred from public hands into to what is essentially private hands.
