I think there is no doubt that Orbis will at least aim to have their shareholding at 10% thus ensuring they are in the box seat if any takeover eventuates. They will then ensure that the compulsory acquisition provisions can't take effect. What better time to do so than when you're at 8.5% and the shares are in the discount bin & looking friendless. Smart move.
