those are amazing figures: nearly 5c/shr in cash! They can repay all debts in no time, and the 1c div is only 25% payout ratio.
The 2.53c eps indicates growth to >4c over the next year making a forward pe of only 8 which is surely half of what it should be.
Well you surely are well informed. Do you follow any other stocks, or is this your only baby ?
Not sure why price has fallen, probably some getting out on the good news. Maybe they cannot see another offer coming from CPB - they would have to offer in the 40c range now for sure.
However reaction to div should provide support for sp and steady gains for the year.
