since they had a tax loss last year, then they should not pay tax on this years profit, even though for accounting purposes they have to show NPAT there is in fact no tax - could you enquire into that ?
l love the "grossly inadequate offer from CPB" remark - they are clearly not impressed, and CPB would even take the div off the offer price!
