Just reading between the lines in the 1% and 9% additional aquisition by ADY is that Santa Barbara were not able to meet their share of the funding requirements under their agreement for the IO and had to allow ADY to take control by way of payment.
I would be pleased if someone else could clarify this...but it looked that way to me.
