The state government may oppose it too, but it is the Federal Government with the over riding U mine policy. They have said they can envision it changing. I agree, governments and policies change, and I think RPT will get to mine, but not for a while yet. If you have patience, then I'm sure RPT is a safe punt. If you want a miner that has fab prospects and no laws to restrict mining nor exporting, have a look at RRS Peru prospects. Those prospects have a very strong chance of being super high grade.
